Officers of the Russian Guard in Yoshkar-Ola detained a citizen suspected of openly stealing someone else’s property.

In the orientation, which the patrol crew received, it was reported that an intruder attacked a local resident on Chernyakov Street and stole a mobile phone and a gold ring from him for a total of 8,500 rubles.

While detouring the route, the Russian Guards at the house on Prokhorov Street noticed a man whose appearance matched the description of the offender, and made his arrest. At the police department, a 27-year-old previously convicted citizen who did not work gave a confession, the press service of the department said.
