The son of the artistic director of the Theater of Satire Alexander Shirvindt, Mikhail, in an interview with the Zvezda TV channel, spoke about his father’s condition after an accident in Valdai, which occurred on August 11.
According to him, the accident was not serious, just “usually” kissed “a little bit and that’s it.” After the incident, Alexander Shirvindt feels “brilliant”.
The accident occurred earlier on August 11 at the intersection of Lenin and Sovkhoznaya streets in the city of Valdai, Novgorod region. According to some media reports, Shirvindt did not give way to a passenger car, but the traffic police did not officially confirm this information, the website kp.ru writes. The 63-year-old passenger of the car was hospitalized with a hand injury, the TV channel “360” notes. Shirvindt did not need medical assistance, nor did his passengers.
As the honorary lawyer of Russia Alexander Ostrovsky noted on the air of NSN, there will be no serious legal consequences for Shirvindt after an accident in the Novgorod region.
“Shirvindt is a very elderly sick man and there will be no consequences for him for this accident, except for compensation for the harm caused and an increase in the cost of insurance for OSAGO,” said Ostrovsky.
He explained that since the victim was not seriously injured, no significant legal consequences were foreseen.
