New elevators for MKD
The problem of house No. 11 on Menzhinsky Street in the Traktorozavodsky district of Volgograd was voiced by its resident Galina Afanasyeva. According to the woman, in the high-rise building in which more than half a thousand families live, the high wear and tear of the elevator equipment. Galina Borisovna clarified that the lifts have not changed since 1986, when the six-entrance apartment building was put into operation. Therefore, it is not surprising that the operation of the equipment is increasingly causing complaints from residents.
– You drive – the cables twitch, the elevator stops not in one axis. Just yesterday, a mother with a small child was stuck there, ” a resident of a troubled house told the governor.
Recall that the head of the region set the task to accelerate the implementation of the program to replace the old elevator equipment. The meeting participants, led by the governor, climbed to the 20th floor of a high-rise building on foot – thus Andrei Bocharov demonstrated to officials how difficult it is for residents of houses with a faulty elevator, who are forced to make such “voyages” several times a day.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided that the control over the implementation of the program would be assumed by the regional branch of United Russia. In total, it is necessary to replace four thousand lifts in the region. In particular, the party members will make all the necessary efforts to speed up the implementation of the program and control the quality of work.
This year, 707 elevators will be replaced in the Volgograd region, and house No. 11 on Menzhinsky Street is among the MKD, where the elevators will be replaced as a matter of priority. The head of the region also reminded the representatives of the regional leadership, who oversee housing and communal services, that they are personally responsible for the quality and speed of the planned work.
The House of Culture is waiting for an update
There is another problem in the Verkhnekardailsky farm of the Novonikolaevsky district – the building of the local recreation center requires major repairs and modernization there. A local resident Galina Belova told the governor about this via video communication.
The building was built more than half a century ago, and since then has not seen major repairs. According to a woman who signed up for an appointment with the head of the region, “everything needs to be changed.”
– Plus, despite the fact that the farm itself is supplied with gas, there is no gas in the recreation center. Therefore, we need not only to put the building in order, but also to build a new boiler house, – added Galina Vitalievna.
Andrei Bocharov reminded that the region is implementing a program to modernize district, city and rural recreation centers. ” It is within the framework of this program that the problem raised by a resident of the Novonikolaevsky district will be resolved.
It is worth noting that over the past seven years, 17 rural houses of culture have been renovated, and in the “capital of the Russian province” Uryupinsk, as they say, a theater and leisure center has been built from scratch. In addition, more than 100 DKs received funds to improve the material and technical base. This year, the modernization of 10 more Houses of Culture is planned – the importance of this work was emphasized by the head of state in his yesterday’s address to the Federation Council.
This summer, the overhaul will begin in the Verkhnekardailsky recreation center. The renovation plan includes work on replacing the roof, renovating the facade and interior renovation of the premises. New windows and doors will appear in the building, equipment and chairs will be changed in the concert hall, and a modern autonomous boiler room will provide heat in the recreation center. The renovation of the recreation center is planned to be completed before the onset of winter.
MFC will get bigger
Nadezhda Evteeva, a resident of the Kirovsky district of Volgograd, told that she had to go to the neighboring area for the services of the MFC.
– It is very inconvenient for me and other residents of Kirovsky – if you need a document, you need to go to the Soviet and Krasnoarmeisky MFC. We want us to open our own, – complained the Volgograd woman.
Andrey Bocharov, in response, told Nadezhda Evteeva that the task of providing the Kirovsky district with a sufficient number of multifunctional centers had already been set.
– Quite recently, we discussed issues related to the development of the MFC network, – said the governor. – The task has been set to allocate additional funds for the opening and modernization of the MFC. Including the question related to the Kirovsky district, sounded very acute – separate instructions were given on it.
We add that soon the MFC office will be updated on the street. 64th Army, 71D. The overhaul project has already been prepared, the work will be completed by the end of the year.
The Volgograd Region is one of the leading regions of the country in terms of the development of the MFC network. At the moment in the region there are 50 centers and offices “My Documents” and 256 territorially separate structural divisions, and the network continues to actively develop.
The emergency house will be resettled until the fall
Vitaly Popov, a resident of the Krasnoarmeisky district, spoke about the problem associated with the resettlement of the residents of the dilapidated house. He and his family live in a house on Bakhturov Street, which has already been recognized as emergency. Residents of almost half of the apartments have already celebrated a housewarming, and the rest of the residents are still waiting for their turn for resettlement.
As it turned out, the residents of Volgograd and his household are worried in vain – they have already purchased a comfortable three-room apartment with an area of 86 sq.m. There is little left to do – the builders must complete the finishing work. Inhabitants of the emergency house will be able to celebrate housewarming in a turnkey apartment in the fall of this year. Along with them, 15 neighbors will receive new square meters, and four families have made a choice in favor of receiving monetary compensation.
“All decisions will be implemented,” the governor reassured the man. And he asked him to tell about his impressions of the new home after the move.
Let us remind that in the Volgograd region the problem of unfinished construction is being effectively solved, which, in turn, helps in the issues of resettlement of the emergency fund. In total, almost 90 apartment buildings have been completed and commissioned. 7.6 thousand families of equity holders received their long-awaited housing.
It is also important that the success of the Volgograd region in terms of solving the issues of completing the problem houses was noted by the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Andrei Kikot.
In parallel, a program is underway to resettle the residents of emergency houses. 1,600 families have received new apartments, this year another 1,500 residents of the Volgograd region who live in buildings unsuitable for further use will celebrate the housewarming.
