In Velikiye Luki, the Russian Guards detained a suspicious man who was running away from the store employees. As the “MK in Pskov” was told in the press service of the regional administration of the Russian Guard, the incident took place last Saturday, March 13th.

While patrolling the city’s Oktyabrsky Avenue on Lovati, a detachment of non-departmental guards drew attention to a strange picture: a man with bottles in his hands was running away from the seller of a nearby store. The runner was detained. It turned out that he, taking advantage of the situation, grabbed a bottle of cognac and liqueur from the supermarket shelf and rushed to the exit.

The man’s identity was established quickly. He turned out to be a 53-year-old local resident.

The Rosguards handed over the suspect in the theft to police officers.
