Russian airlines have no signs of bankruptcy, said the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency Alexander Neradko. According to him, this is happening despite the deterioration in the financial and economic condition of the carriers.
According to him, there is a slight deterioration in the financial and economic situation in a number of airlines. The growth of accounts payable “occurs not only among airlines, but among the entire aviation community.” As Neradko pointed out, it is not yet clear who would like to bankrupt the airline or the airport. On the contrary, there is solidarity, Prime reports.
For the first nine months of 2020, the loss of airlines amounted to 102.1 billion rubles. And at the end of 2019, despite the record passenger traffic, the total loss of airlines amounted to 38.8 billion rubles.
