Dmitry Plotkin, who 17 years ago was in charge of the case of the maniac Viktor Mokhov, published a note from the ex-prisoner on the air of the Russia 1 TV channel.

“Aging animals (dogs, cats) also get younger when interacting with young ones. People are the same, ”the investigator revealed on the air the text of Mokhov’s note, which was not included in the case file.

The Skopinsky maniac, as the investigator notes, called his victims rabbits and promised to kill them, Gazeta.ru writes.

Earlier, on March 5, Viktor Mokhov denied accusations that he had raped a 13-year-old girl before the abduction of two girls. Telling his version of events, the former prisoner noted that the girl was brought to him by friends in exchange for money. He said that she entered into an intimate relationship with him voluntarily.

Mokhov does not deny that he locked the 13-year-old girl in the basement, but he did it only because of the fear that she would allegedly go out into the street drunk.

Earlier that day, Mokhov was returned to his home, where he held two girls hostage and raped about 20 years ago. There he must live after he was released, the police order says.

In 2000, a locksmith Mokhov kidnapped girls 14 and 17 years old, kept them in a basement in the city of Skopin for almost four years, subjecting them to violence. They were released in May 2004.

He was sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime colony. Later, the term was reduced to 16 years and 10 months due to changes made by the Pugachevsky District Court in the summer of 2012.

On March 3, Mokhov was released after serving his sentence in the colony IK-4 in the Saratov region. After his release, he will not be able to attend public events and walk at night.
