This year, about 200 home assets and homeowners associations have sent applications for the repair of Kirov’s adjacent territories.
Each application was evaluated on a point system. The highest scores were received by 36 courtyards, which will be renovated in 2021 under the project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment”.
According to the press service of the Kirov mayor’s office, in August specialists from the housing department will visit the indicated addresses to agree with the residents of the improvement scheme and the amount of repairs. They will also check whether the estimated cost has been reliably determined.
Work contracts are planned to be concluded in the fourth quarter of 2020. Below is a list of courtyards that will be renovated in 2021:
