As the Office of Rospotrebnadzor in the Smolensk region informs, 6209 people are under the supervision of doctors, of which 5334 are in self-isolation. Hospital beds are occupied by 875 Smolyan residents with a diagnosis of “new coroavirus infection”. According to the portal “Stopkoronavirus.rf” in the Smolensk region by February 22, 1763 cases of active disease are registered. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 48901 people have been removed from medical surveillance.
In accordance with the indications for the presence of a new coronavirus infection, 337,243 tests for coronavirus were carried out in the laboratories of the region.
