1,175 people were delivered to Moscow hospitals with coronavirus, 354 patients are on artificial lung ventilation devices. This was reported in the operational headquarters for control and monitoring of the situation with coronavirus in Moscow on Sunday, November 8.

In just a day, 5751 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in the capital. 13.7% of the sick are children, 43.8% are patients aged 18 to 45 years, 29% of patients are from 46 to 65 years old.

9.6% – patients aged 66 to 79 years, 3.9% among patients – over 80 years old. All are under medical supervision.

Earlier, on Sunday, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that the stabilization of the situation with coronavirus in Moscow was not achieved even after the transfer of high school students to distance learning.

Over the past day in Russia, 20,498 new cases of COVID-19 were detected in 84 regions. In total, as of November 8, 1,774,334 cases of coronavirus were detected in 85 regions, 30,537 patients died, 1,324,419 people recovered.
