Until October 2021, the region’s housing stock will be checked for winter readiness. The flushing and pressure testing of engineering systems will be controlled by the State Housing Supervision Authorities.
According to the regional GZI, an interdepartmental commission has already been created in the region, a unified schedule for preparatory work in apartment buildings has been developed and a single numbered form of the act has been prepared. All this is necessary for the management companies to take a responsible approach to the preparations for the heating season 2021-2022.
Note that the Criminal Code, which does not conduct hydraulic tests, flushing and adjustment of heating systems, violate the licensing requirements of the legislation. They may be denied the right to work in the market.
We add that the Volgograd region became the first in Russia where unscrupulous management companies began to lose their licenses due to poor quality work. Since the beginning of the year, permits have been canceled from four Criminal Code. Systematic work is underway in the region to restore order in housing and communal services, to form a market for bona fide management organizations.
