“In the morning, forest protection specialists reported that 146 hot spots were recorded in the region as of the morning, the nearest (to Vladivostok – Ed.) Fires are in the Nadezhdinsky region, in Barabash, they are very close to the city, across the bay. Vladivostok is suffused with smoke, there is a smell of burning, the wind is now weak in the city, nothing is blown out, ”TASS quotes him as saying.
Chulkov noted that on Thursday the nature of the weather will change, and the wind from the sea and higher humidity will make it easier to breathe.
People with diseases of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, as well as with chronic diseases, are advised to be careful, do not open windows, and wear a mask outside.
In the Primorsky Territory, in the period from April 14 to April 16, the fourth fire hazard class was declared. This indicates that the risk of fire is very high. We are talking about the situation that is developing in the Pogranichny and Oktyabrsky districts.
