Since the beginning of 2021, the city has provided 13 land plots for the construction of social facilities and related infrastructure as part of the Targeted Investment Program. At the expense of the budget, 12 educational institutions, health care and social services for the population will appear in these areas. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

Moscow annually builds a large number of social facilities at the expense of the city budget. For such projects, developers are provided with land plots for free use, said Efimov.

“Since the beginning of 2021, 13 lease agreements have been signed for land plots for the construction of social facilities and additional infrastructure. They are allocated for the construction of educational institutions, fire stations, office buildings, ”he said.

The work includes not only the construction of the building itself, but also the entire accompanying infrastructure: laying communications, creating parking lots, and accomplishing improvements. In this case, developers receive additional land plots.

“New objects for which the city provided land in 2021 will appear in eight administrative districts. Most of all – 4 – on the territory of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas ”, – said the Minister of the Moscow Government, the head of the Moscow City Property Department Maxim Gaman.
