The Sovetsky District Court of Ulan-Ude acquitted blogger Dmitry Bairov for his greeting and addressing Steven Seagal on July 20. After 8 pm, the Hollywood actor and the head of Buryatia, Aleksey Tsydenov, walked along the Soviets Square. The blogger who watched them first greeted the guest in English (“Hello, my friend”), and then asked him for help in English (“Help me”).
In the version of the police officers, it sounded differently: the blogger shouted, pushed the security service, interfered with the conversation between the actor and the head, and so on. As a result, an administrative case on petty hooliganism was opened against Bairov.
It said that the man neglected the morality of society, the rules of mutual respect, the norms of morality. That he was rude, satisfying his individualistic needs for self-affirmation, expressing his superiority over others. Well, and yesterday a trial took place over Dmitry, which acquitted and released the public figure to all four sides.
Bairov’s lawyer Nadezhda Nizovkina writes on her Facebook that the decision was justifiable: “Our line of defense was based on the fact that the protocol used specialized psychological terms without involving an expert (the same“ individualistic needs for self-affirmation ”). And also on the fact that the event, “disrupted” by Bairov, was not authorized and was carried out during the period of quarantine restrictions.
