The Novomoskovsk court of the Tula region ruled in the case of a local resident accused of using knowingly forged official documents.
The court found that the man, knowing that he was registered with a narcologist, in order to obtain a license for a hunting rifle, presented deliberately false documents to the department of the Rosgvardia Administration for the Tula Region: medical certificates of health from psychiatrist and narcologist about the absence contraindications for carrying and storing smooth-bore weapons. A medical report on the absence of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their metabolites in his body was also forged.
The accused was found guilty of a crime and was sentenced to restraint of freedom for a period of 6 (six) months.
The preventive measure was left unchanged in the form of a recognizance not to leave.
The verdict has not entered into legal force, it can be appealed in the manner prescribed by law.
