The Tula region is ranked 27th in the ranking of Russian regions in terms of quality of life The list was prepared by the “NKR” agency for RBC.

The index describes the quality of life in the regions based on an assessment of the well-being of residents and the environment, including the well-being of the social sphere – there are ten such indicators in total. The overall score of the Tula region is 3.79. The region has maintained its position compared to the 2020 ranking. The affordability of housing in the Tula region was estimated at 2.4 points, the provision of housing – at 5.7.

In the first place in the list is St. Petersburg – 7 points, the second place is taken by the capital – 6.41 points, the third line is the Belgorod region – 6.07 points.
