A sixth-grader from Tula successfully competed in sports (freestyle) wrestling. This is reported by the administration of the city of Tula. The tournament was held in the Leningrad region on April 24-25. It was dedicated to the memory of M.I.Sedyuk and the soldiers who died in local conflicts.
Stepan Gordeev became the winner of the tournament in the 53 kg weight category. He studies in the sixth grade of MBOU “Education Center N 58” Generation of the future “”. He has been engaged in freestyle wrestling at the Children’s and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve of the Tula Region from the age of five under the clear guidance of Alexei Livshits.
Note that Stepan is a multiple winner and prize-winner of regional, as well as all-Russian and international freestyle wrestling tournaments.
