On May 2 and 3, the Tver State United Museum Vasilevo will host the festival of medieval reconstruction “Novotorzhsky Border”.
This year the festival will be attended by the participants of the World Championship “Battle of the Nations”, several hundred people will take part in the main battles. Weapons and ammunition for the warriors were recreated according to historical models.
At this time, viewers will be able to enjoy not only exciting battles, but also wooden architecture and nature. Also, everyone can attend master classes in archery, painting on fabric and blacksmithing, a historical lecture hall and a real fair. There, visitors can buy souvenirs and taste traditional treats.
On May 2, lectures and master classes will work, and fights will also take place on this day. But the main battle is scheduled for May 3.
