The issue of improving the quality of life of Russians became one of the most important during the meeting of the State Council on April 15, said Dmitry Lameikin, a member of the State Duma Committee on Control and Regulations.
“The key message that I liked was not the state and documents, but the state and the person. Where a person with his expectations, with his emerging difficulties, the state and authorities should be in the center of attention, ”said Dmitry Lameikin.
The deputy named the system of multifunctional centers in Russia (MFC) as a vivid example of a person-centered approach.
“Previously, on any everyday issue, it was necessary to contact 5-10-15 departments, to take certificates. Today, one window works effectively, and in many ways we are accustomed to the fact that it should be so, ”concluded a member of the State Duma Committee on Control and Regulations.
Earlier, on April 15, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the heads of the regions and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) should “walk with their feet” along the path that Russians go when they want to get this or that service. According to the president, this will help to understand and solve specific problems in the social sphere.
In November 2020, the president proposed to ASI to launch a comprehensive mechanism for the implementation of socially significant projects of citizens. According to him, it is important to turn interesting ideas into viable projects, as well as to remove administrative and legislative barriers.
