State Duma Deputy Ruslan Balbek commented on the statements of the White House press secretary Jen Psaki that President Joe Biden believes that Russia is “outside the world community.”
According to the parliamentarian, Russia is not isolated from the world and does not refuse to communicate with other countries.
“We do not have a normal dialogue with Western elites solely because of their unwillingness to talk on equal terms,” he said in a conversation with RT.
Balbeck is confident that Russia and the United States “have something to talk about,” although the current relationship between Moscow and Washington is “unacceptable.”
Psaki previously reported that the States do not seek to escalate tensions with the Russian Federation, but intend to “impose responsibility on the Russian Federation for the actions of its government,” which Moscow considers unacceptable. She noted that she could not predict what impact the sanctions will have on Russia, the United States will react to “unacceptable behavior.”
