Light-engine aircraft “Alpha” made an emergency landing in a field near Ufa, as a bird got into the propeller. This was announced on Sunday, January 31, at the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Bashkiria.
As specified, the plane landed five kilometers north of the village of Pervushino, located in the Kushnarenkovsky district.
“Upon arrival at the scene, it was established that the plane made an emergency landing as a result of a bird hitting the propeller and subsequent vibration of the engine,” the department noted.
As a result of the incident, the pilot was not injured, the flight was amateur.
On the eve of January 30, the plane of the President of Ecuador, Lenin Moreno, made an emergency landing shortly after takeoff. The reason was a technical malfunction. The head of state was returning from Washington.
