The number of resumes of Ded Morozov on the hh.ru service has tripled this year compared to the same period in 2019 – 198 against 66. The study was conducted from November 1 to December 8. A similar increase is observed among those wishing to work as a Snow Maiden. If last year during the specified period there were 108 such resumes, then this is 320, the company told Izvestia.
Another feature of this year was the age of the applicants – dozens of resumes for the role of Santa Claus came from young men aged 14 to 18, their expected earnings vary from 20 to 80 thousand rubles per season. There are also a lot of resumes from applicants 14-18 years old for the role of “granddaughter”. The requests of young Snow Maidens are below: from 15 to 50 thousand rubles.
At the same time, the number of orders this season, on the contrary, dropped sharply
– Canceled corporate parties, matinees and other public events. It has become unprofitable to spend on advertising to attract new customers. As a rule, the annual growth of customers on the eve of the New Year was 30-40%, this season we do not see this, – said the head of the Union Nikita Potebnya to Izvestia.
According to him, the animators of the Union are planning to undergo a PCR test and pass an analysis for antibodies in order to demonstrate the received certificates to clients.
