The MIA Administration for the Tula Region reported that messages about planned uncoordinated public events in the regions of Russia are being disseminated on some resources – on social networks, messengers.
As specified by law enforcement officers, restrictive measures related to the spread of coronavirus infection continue to operate on the territory of the Tula region (By the decree of the governor of the Tula region No. 41 of April 30, 2020 “On additional measures taken in connection with the introduction of a high alert regime in the Tula region”).
At the same time, according to the Federal Law “On meetings, rallies, demonstrations, processions and picketing”, public events in the areas adjacent to the buildings of state authorities and emergency operational services are also prohibited.
Tula police officers urge citizens to refrain from participating in uncoordinated actions, as well as “from visiting the squares and streets, declared as venues, at the time indicated by the organizers.”
