Andrei Ilnitsky, an adviser to the Russian Defense Minister, a third-class active state adviser, believes that Moscow can win the mental war against the United States if it adheres to a number of rules.
In his opinion, the Russian side must act in the struggle for its future. He stressed that this is the winning strategy.
“We must choose the direction of this attack … We must, firstly, represent the enemy, and secondly, attack along the joints, according to weaknesses, understanding where the strength factors are, and where there are some vulnerabilities,” Ilnitsky said.
An adviser to the Secretary of Defense called the Americans “extremely algorithmic.”
“For them, rules are everything. Well, let’s set our own rules, break their algorithms. These are not slogans, these are technologies, believe me,” he added.
