There are no ramps in his house, so even the simplest walk is impossible for him. Regional investigators will have to report to Alexander Bastrykin.
A disabled pensioner in a wheelchair pays neighbors to help him down the street. The city administration cannot install ramps in the house, and even if they do, the man will still not be able to use them, since the angle of inclination is too large. As a result, the mayor’s office turns to the Russian Guards, who also help the pensioner.
