The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reacted to the publication of the Sakhalin media about a pensioner who pays neighbors for help leaving home. There are no ramps in his house, so even the simplest walk is impossible for him. Regional investigators will have to report to Alexander Bastrykin.

A disabled pensioner in a wheelchair pays neighbors to help him down the street. The city administration cannot install ramps in the house, and even if they do, the man will still not be able to use them, since the angle of inclination is too large. As a result, the mayor’s office turns to the Russian Guards, who also help the pensioner.

The Investigative Committee on Sakhalin will study the circumstances of this difficult situation, and will also assess the actions of the municipality administration.
