According to a member of the Federation Council from the executive branch of the Perm Territory, Andrei Klimov, who deals with issues on the international agenda, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has a “confused mind.” He made such a statement, commenting on the NSN air of Stoltenberg’s words about the readiness of the Alliance to confront Russia.
The Russian senator noted that the Russian side does not create any military blocs, does not expand to the borders of European countries, does not call anyone an enemy, and also does not appoint those responsible for changing the political system in other countries.
Klimov added that after such statements, the NATO Secretary General can be diagnosed with “confused consciousness.”
