By a court decision, the man had to appear for registration with the internal affairs bodies, it was forbidden to visit the places of mass events and leave the place of residence between 22:00 and 6:00.
However, it turned out that a resident of Vyazma was repeatedly absent from home in the evening and at night.
The Vyazemsky Department of Inquiry of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation initiated a criminal case “Evasion of administrative supervision or repeated non-compliance with restrictions or restrictions established by the court in accordance with federal law”. The sanction of this part of the article provides for the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to one year.
