Several people were injured during the rollover of a car in Minusinsk; a minor turned out to be driving the car. This is reported by the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The incident took place on the evening of September 6. According to the State Traffic Inspectorate, the 16-year-old driver lost control. During the examination for the state of alcoholic intoxication, it turned out that the teenager got behind the wheel while intoxicated – the results showed 0.09 mg / l.
According to the young man, he took his father’s “VAZ” without permission. There were four other minors in the car at the time of the accident. All of them received injuries, the nature of which was not specified.
“In relation to the parents, the traffic police have compiled materials for the improper fulfillment by the parents or legal representatives of minors of their responsibilities for the maintenance and upbringing of minors,” reads the page of the regional UGIBDD on VKontakte.
On the fact of the incident, material was compiled under the article on violation of traffic rules, resulting in the infliction of mild or moderate harm to the health of the victims (Article 12.24 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).
At the end of August, a VAZ-21099 car with three teenagers crashed into a Gazelle in Yaroslavl. One of the minors required hospitalization, the rest were sent for outpatient treatment.
