In the Tula region, the owners have once again been brought to justice for the overgrowth of agricultural land. This was reported by the website of the Rosselkhoznadzor Office for the city of Moscow, Moscow and Tula regions.

Careless management was revealed in the Venevsky district on a plot of 9.2 hectares, which, on the basis of shared ownership, belongs to two women.

The management found that they did not interfere with the overgrowth of land. As a result, the area was covered with wheatgrass and fescue.

“No work on cultivation of crops and tillage was found“, – clarifies the supervisory authority.

In July 2020, the owners were brought to administrative responsibility by the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration and each was fined 20 thousand rubles.

We will remind, earlier “MK in Tula” wrote that the owners of the land in the Yasnogorsk region were fined for a similar violation. If the owners do not cultivate the land, then after three years their land can be withdrawn through the courts.
