The Japanese company Lexus has begun accepting orders in Russia for the updated LS flagship sedan. The car is available at a price of 7,147,000 rubles. This is stated in a message from the press service of the brand, which was received by Izvestia on April 21.
The novelty differs from the previous model in other bumpers and a modernized radiator grill. In addition, the sedan received adaptive headlights, which automatically direct the light beam in the direction of the steering wheel, and a new suspension.
The interior of the updated Lexus LS has a new multimedia with a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, which supports SmartDeviceLink, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto protocols.
The front panel features buttons for frequently used heated seats and steering wheel. The new version of the flagship sedan has a smoother ride due to improvements to the adjustable suspension and anti-roll bars.
In addition to the Lexus Safety System +, which has been enhanced by the BladeScan adaptive high beam system, a digital rearview mirror is now available.
The flagship sedan is powered by a twin-turbo V6 engine mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
On March 30, it was reported that Lexus has unveiled the LF-Z Electrified concept electric crossover.
The model gives an idea of what the electric and hybrid cars that Lexus will start producing after 2025 will look like.
