Russians consider catering and agriculture to be the most attractive areas for doing business. This was announced on Tuesday, April 20, by the RT website, citing a study of the Rabota.ru service.
The largest number of Russians surveyed (27%) answered that they are considering the possibility of opening a cafe or restaurant. Agriculture and farming enterprises ranked second in terms of the attractiveness of doing business – 25%. 21% of citizens would like to start their own business in the field of transport and logistics.
Also popular among the respondents were the spheres of construction – 17%, information technology and telecommunications – 13%, education – 11%, marketing, advertising and PR – 10%. Another 3% of Russians are considering security for starting a business.
Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Vladivostok and Nizhny Novgorod are among the cities that, according to the respondents, are most suitable for starting a business.
On April 19, a study of the services Rabota.ru and Sberbank Insurance showed that more than half of the Russians surveyed would like to do their own business.
