The Korean company Kia has announced the Russian prices for the new generation Carnival minivan. The car will be offered to customers at a price ranging from 2,599,900 to 3,579,900 rubles.
As stated in a press release received by Izvestia on March 30, the model will be presented in five trim levels – Comfort, Luxe, Prestige, Premium, Premium +.
The basic version includes 17-inch wheels, air conditioning, Supervision dashboard with central TFT display, rear view camera and rear parking sensors, multimedia system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto support, LED headlights, cruise control.
The model was created on the new KIA N3 platform. The overall length of the vehicle compared to the previous generation is increased by 40 mm, up to 5155 mm. The Carnival has a wheelbase of 3090 mm (+30 mm), width – 1995 mm (+10 mm), and height – 1750 mm (1785 mm in versions with roof rails). The car is available in seven- and eight-seat layout options.
The new Kia Carnival has received a wide front panel, made in high-tech style. It has a built-in touch display. The screen image can be split into two screens, for the driver and the passenger.
At the base of the central console there is a “washer” of the controller, with the help of which electronic, without mechanical connections, control of the transmission operation is carried out.
Sales of the model on the Russian market will begin on April 14.
On February 10, it was reported that Kia will release 11 new electric vehicle models by 2026.
Seven electric vehicles will be developed on the new specialized E-GMP (Electric-Global Modular Platform) platform, and four will be based on existing models with internal combustion engines.
