Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appealed to Russian leader Vladimir Putin with gratitude for his help in returning an Israeli citizen from Syria.
Netanyahu called Vladimir Putin his friend and gave details of Putin’s assistance.
“A few days ago, a young Israeli woman crossed the border into Syria. I spoke twice with my friend, Russian President Vladimir Putin. I asked him to help bring her back, and he acted.
