Rostov plans to reconstruct six historic buildings

The authorities of Rostov-on-Don, together with the townspeople, have chosen the historical buildings that need to be reconstructed in the first place. The head of the city administration Alexei Logvinenko announced this on his Instagram page.

According to him, a total of six historic houses have been selected. The list includes the famous “House with Angels” on Moskovskaya, 72, the emergency mansion of G.F. Trester on Serafimovich, 95, Guterman’s apartment building in Soborny lane, 8, a building on Sotsialisticheskaya, 36, which before the revolution belonged to G.F. Dinzer, as well as old mansions at 58 Shaumyan Street and 11/22 20th Line Street, RostovGazeta writes.

In the near future, they will check the estimates for design and survey work. Funds for these purposes have already been allocated. Then the development of reconstruction projects will begin.

Earlier it was reported that in the city of Konstantinovsk, Rostov region, the mansion of the merchant Sivyakov, which was built in 1906, will be partially restored. Now it houses a children’s art school. The contractor will have to complete the work by November 20, 2021.
