A working meeting between Rosseti CEO Andrey Ryumin and Sberbank President German Gref took place in Moscow on April 22. The parties outlined priorities for further joint cooperation.
The agenda included issues for discussing the digital ecosystem of Sber, as well as opportunities for further integration of solutions.
“Within the framework of the meeting, the issues of financing the company’s infrastructure projects and the formation of the loan portfolio of the ROSSETI Group were touched upon,” the press service of ROSSETI noted.
It is specified that the organizations are working together on projects such as “Technology for robotic processing of telephone calls”, “A single CRM system that will cover all subsidiaries of Rosseti.” Also, joint work is underway to present Sber’s online services on the power grid services portal and in the mobile application of the group of companies.
A cooperation agreement with Sberbank Rosseti was signed in October 2018. It is specified that an agreement was concluded on strategic cooperation on a wide range of non-financial banking services. The parties agreed on interaction and exchange of experience, joint research activities, search and attraction of technologies in international and domestic markets, organization of acceleration and training programs, as well as financing of joint innovation projects.
Then it was said that under the agreement, Rosseti would receive information, experience and developments from Sberbank in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT), business process automation, robotics, VR / AR, BigData, artificial intelligence (AI), the practical application of Blockchain and also – products of subsidiaries, including SberCloud, DocDoc, Dialog, Sberbank Insurance, etc.
