A flock of blue dogs was spotted on the territory of the “Plexiglas” plant in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region. The photo of the animals was published in one of the public pages dedicated to the city, on the VKontakte social network.
The bankruptcy commissioner of the joint-stock company “Dzerzhinskoe plexiglass” Andrei Mislivets noted that the possible reason for the dyeing of the dog’s fur blue was chemical residues.
“Maybe in one of the buildings they found the remains of some kind of chemistry – copper sulphate, for example, was dumped in it. Several years ago, I heard, they noticed that some dogs were painted in some unnatural colors, “Mislivets told RIA Novosti.
According to him, no one controls the dogs, and it is not possible to ensure the capture and sterilization of animals.

He recalled that the company went bankrupt in 2015, but there are many abandoned buildings left on the territory that could attract animals.
