Employees of the prosecutor’s office of the city of Novomoskovsk checked the data on the Internet. They found a website that sold educational degrees of all levels. Buyers did not need to take training in educational programs. This is reported by the prosecutor’s office of the Tula region.

The legislation prohibits the dissemination of information that provides for criminal or administrative responsibility. If a person forges an official document, sells it or uses it, then he faces criminal liability.

Employees of the prosecutor’s office went to court with statements of claim so that the information on the site was recognized as prohibited for dissemination in the country.

The court satisfied the prosecutor’s requirements, so access to them is blocked.
