As forecasters expected, cold weather persists in Novosibirsk for the entire first half of the week; Wednesday in the city is still near zero, snow is possible.
During the day, the temperature can rise to 0 … +1, but in the evening it will drop again to -4. The day will be cloudy, with precipitation, moreover – precipitation will be in the form of snow. Minor. but nevertheless, snow charges are unambiguously provided to Novosibirsk residents from morning until late at night.
Atmospheric pressure remains within the normal range – about 755 mm. rt. st, the relative humidity of the air is low – no higher than 60%. The wind is variable, mainly south-west in the morning, north-east in the evening, with strong gusts up to 1-12 meters per second. Under such weather conditions, the air temperature will be perceived to be much lower than it actually is: according to subjective sensations outside, -6 … -8.
Unfortunately, sharp gusts of wind will lift dust accumulated in the city into the air – the West Siberian Hydrometeorological Center has already announced another day of “black sky” in Novosibirsk.
