A dietitian told the best way to eat Easter cakes for people who were fasting.

Kulich is not the easiest and healthiest food to eat, especially for those who fast before Easter. Festive bread is baked from sweet buns, so you should not get carried away with it.

According to the chief nutritionist of the Moscow Department of Health, Antonina Starodubova, it is better to eat Easter cakes baked the day before, rather than fresh ones. They are already slightly dry and therefore easier to lay on the stomach.

It is better to limit yourself to 150 grams of kulich so as not to disrupt the work of digestion, Starodubova said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
