The Nochlezhka charitable organization has begun collecting cakes for homeless residents of St. Petersburg. Volunteers are ready to accept Easter baked goods as a gift every day until May 2 from 10 am to 10 pm. They promise to hand out Easter cakes to everyone who comes to Nochlezhka for help.

“You can bring cakes of any size, of any production (both homemade and purchased), the main thing is that they are fresh, – reported in the organization’s public on VKontakte. – If you do not have time this week, then bring it after Easter. There are always a lot of hungry people, they will be glad to receive food and attention. “

Volunteers will be glad to see people with Easter cakes at Borovaya, 112B (entrance from Rasstannaya street near house # 1). As told in “Nochlezhka”, they hold the Easter action for the homeless every year, regardless of the religious views of the people who find themselves on the street.

“At least, this is one of the rare opportunities to make people in need feel that the holidays are not bypassed, and society has not forgotten about them.”, – reported in the organization.
