In Tambov, a program to relocate people from hazardous housing continues. As part of the third stage, calculated for 2021-2022, it is planned to resettle nine emergency apartment buildings, the regional administration said.
As the head of the department for registration of rights to municipal housing and new forms of management of the housing fund Oksana Kamenskaya said, there are 92 apartments in nine buildings, in which 191 people live. Three owners decided to receive monetary compensation, the rest agreed to provide them with new housing, writes IA OnlineTambov.ru.
Now experts are analyzing the real estate market and requesting offers from developers. It is planned to hold auctions soon.
In 2020, within the framework of the program, 48 apartments were resettled, in which 121 people lived. They received apartments in houses on Morshanskoye highway, Astrakhanskaya street and other areas of the city.
On December 23, Russian President Vladimir Putin called for a definitive solution to the issue of resettlement of people from emergency housing. The head of state stressed that this shameful page should be closed and people should be dragged out of the slums.
