Another personnel reshuffle took place in the Government of the Sakhalin Region. Yaroslav Vasilyeva will act as Minister of Public Administration. Previously, she worked for renowned international companies in HR services. Behind her shoulders are the companies “Otis”, “Ford”, “Heinz” and “Nissan”.
The Ministry of Public Administration in Sakhalin oversees training and advanced training of personnel, interacts with educational institutions, and closes vacancies in the labor market. The main task of the ministry is to form a personnel reserve in the region and create a base of professional managers.
Vasiliev will take office on March 15. She will replace Yulia Rokotyanskaya, who left the post of minister on December 30, 2020 for family reasons. The islanders remembered her mainly for the creation of the ministry itself, as well as for the fact that she was looking for ministers on Facebook.
