Moscow will experience intermittent rains and a cold snap at the end of the week. The chief specialist of the Hydrometeorological Center Marina Makarova told about this on Tuesday, April 13.

According to her, on the night of Sunday, April 18, it is expected to reach 0 degrees.

“On Friday, a northeasterly wind will blow, bringing cold air with it. Our forecasters forecast intermittent rain. The night from Friday to Saturday will be still warm – up to 10 degrees Celsius, but in a day the thermometers may drop to 0 degrees, “the meteorologist said in an interview with TASS.

However, on Sunday afternoon the temperature will reach 15 degrees.

Makarova added that air masses brought from Kazakhstan dominate in the capital region. They provided warm weather in the city and the region, but soon they will be replaced by cool air mass from the north.

Despite this, significant weather changes are not expected, the specialist concluded.
