The department clarified that the owners of cafes and restaurants need to strengthen all structures and close the umbrellas.
On Friday, a thunderstorm is approaching Moscow and the Moscow region. Forecasters predict increased wind and rain. In this regard, a “yellow level” of weather hazard was declared. Thunderstorms are possible in some areas.
