A student opened fire on police at a school in Knoxville, police said.
It became known that police officers received a message on Monday that a potentially armed man had locked himself in a school toilet. The law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene ordered him to leave the toilet, and when he did not do this, they went to the assault.
When the officers began to enter the toilet, the attacker opened fire and wounded one of them. As noted, one of the officers returned fire, the suspect was killed on the spot, he turned out to be a student.
The message does not specify about the second victim, which was reported earlier in the police releases. Law enforcers continue to investigate the incident.
