Ingredients:
– half a loaf
– milk
– 1 egg
– 4 eggs
– 1 spoonful of flour
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 spoonful of butter
– 450 g walnuts
Preparation:
Soak half of white bread in milk and squeeze it. 4 yolks, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, walnuts, finely crushed, beat the whites and mix all this, put in a mold and put in boiling water so that it boils in a saucepan on the stove. Put out of the mold and serve warm, with sabaen sauce on top.
