On Sunday, February 7, a communal accident on Mira Street was liquidated in Vladimir. Eyewitnesses report the incident.
Due to the breakthrough of the heating main, the street was immediately flooded. The emergency service promptly identified the cause of the communal emergency. It turned out to be a crack in the faucet responsible for air release.
In frosty weather, the water quickly froze, and the roadway turned into a skating rink. This, in turn, contributed to a serious taxi accident. Later, traffic was restricted on this section of the road.
Now the communal accident has been completely eliminated, the traffic has been restored. A test has now been scheduled that will evaluate the performance of emergency services.
