On Sovetskaya Street, the speed of movement of cars is up to 21 kilometers per hour, in the area of the Zarechensky bridge, the sections of difficulty reach about 7-8 points. The reason was an inoperative traffic light at the intersection of Oktyabrskaya and Liteynaya streets.
