In Yamal, the results of the competition for the position of the head of the State Construction Supervision of the region were summed up, three applicants made it to the final, the press service of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug reported on July 29.
According to the results of the competition, the managerial personnel reserve will include Alexey Sarnavsky, Evgenia Taran and Alexander Chebotarev, who have successfully passed the face-to-face testing stage. One of them will receive the post of head of State Construction Supervision in Yamal, two others will also be offered work in the district.
It is specified that all three applicants have extensive experience in the construction industry and in terms of team leadership. Alexey Sarnavsky has been the head of the quality and environmental control department at a construction company for the past 12 years. Evgenia Taran works as deputy head of the regional state construction supervision department of the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure of the Chelyabinsk Region, Alexander Chebotarev worked for many years in managerial positions in the field of NPP construction, now he is the head of a construction company.
The start of the competition for the post of head of Gosstroynadzor was announced on May 1, more than 100 people from different regions of the country applied for the post. They were tested and interviewed, ten carefully selected candidates entered the face-to-face stage and demonstrated their practical skills: they presented themselves and their experience, assessed the quality of work on the construction site and took part in a discussion about shared construction. They were evaluated by experts in the field of construction and personnel assessment.
Recall that the former head of the State Construction Supervision Service in Yamal, Pavel Kuznetsov, is now under investigation for a high-profile corruption case. He served in the post for only a year. He is charged with complicity in receiving bribes by other persons involved in the criminal case for the illegal transfer of a residential building to a non-residential building.
