In one of the cafes in the city of Smolensk, a fight broke out between two men born in 1989 and 1999. The young people did not know each other and the conflict happened by chance. The younger Smolensk man, under the influence of alcohol, first arranged a verbal skirmish, and then attacked the injured Smolensk man and struck a strong blow with his fist in the opponent’s face.
Law enforcement officers examined CCTV footage and interviewed visitors and staff. As a result of the work carried out, they found out the identity of the aggressive young man and took him to the police station for interrogation. A resident of Koschino, born in 1999, explained that a huge amount of alcohol is to blame.
