In the Ala-Buka district of the Jalal-Abad region, a 65-year-old pensioner strangled her son with a bag strap in the basement of a house. According to Kaktus.media, this ruling is posted on the website of the Supreme Court.

It is indicated that this happened on August 12 last year. The murdered man – Ravshan (names in the text have been changed), born in 1975, was previously convicted of raping a minor and sentenced to 20 years in prison. He returned home in April 2020.

According to the testimony of the accused Ainura, Ravshan’s mother, he constantly threatened that he would rape her, grandchildren, regardless of their age and not paying attention to his wife. At the same time, he repeated that his mother could not do anything to him, and if he was arrested, he would kill her. Ravshan dismissed his hands and drank the woman’s pension.

Ravshan came home drunk, crawled into the underground for pickles and fell asleep there. Ainura tied his hands and feet. When the man woke up and started threatening again, trying to free himself, she took the strap from the bag and strangled her son. At the trial, the woman said that the constant fear aggravated her condition. At the time of the tragedy, she was out of control. According to Ainura, she was not going to kill her son.

As a result, the court found 65-year-old Ainura guilty of murder in a state of passion. She received five years in prison. But then, given the circumstances of the criminal case, the court sentenced the defendant to two years of probation supervision.
